These Terms and Conditions govern the SAGA ‘SAGA Rewards’ promotion, offering qualifying Saga Health Insurance customers the choice of one (1) of the following 3 rewards; £300 National Trust gift card, a £350 Dining Out reward card or a £300 Virgin Experiences voucher (“the Rewards”) from Saga (“the Promoter”). These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Promotion. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: GB only. The promotion is open to all residents of the GB aged 18+. Excludes employees of the Promoter and the Administrator and their respective affiliates or agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion. Promotion is only available to new Saga Health Insurance policy holders. Eligible customers must receive a qualification email from Saga, inviting them to claim their reward. Customers must have agreed to the terms and conditions to claim their Reward.


2. Promotional Period: 00:01 1st March 2025 - 23:59 30th May 2025. Customers must have purchased a new Saga Health Insurance policy. Customer must have received their invitational email or letter from Saga during this period.


3. Claim Period: Starts 00:01 22nd May 2025 – 23:59 8th October 2025. Any claims submitted outside this period will be rejected. Upon receipt of your email or letter from the Promoter sent to the email address or address provided when making the purchase of a qualifying Saga health insurance product, customers will be directed to www.sagareward.co.uk and must enter the unique code found in their email within 60 days of receipt. After 60 days the unique code will no longer be valid, and the reward can no longer be claimed. Once the reward is claimed, customers will instantly be sent an email with a reward code to use to claim their reward with the chosen partner.


4. One claim per person, per email/letter. Each customer will be eligible for a maximum of one reward made available to them. Once claimed, they will not be able to claim an alternative reward.


5. The rewards offered are at the discretion of the Promoter in the Saga promotion.


6. How to participate:


  1. Customer must receive an invitational email or letter from Saga (the “Promoter”) during the promotional period. This will contain the promotional website URL and a unique code.
  2. Customer will be directed to the promotional website https://www.sagareward.co.uk/ to register their full name, email address and enter their unique code.
  3. Once a customer’s registration has been validated, they will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days with a unique claim link to choose from the three rewards. This claim link will be valid to claim one (1) reward only.
  4. Customer must then select the reward they would like to claim, once selected, customer will receive an email with the partner details and next steps to redeeming their National Trust, Dining Out card or Virgin experiences gift card.

Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


7. The Rewards:


  1. Each customer will be able to choose from 3 rewards on the Saga reward portal.
    1. £300 National Trust Gift card


  1. This reward entitles you to a National Trust Gift card to the value of £300.
  2. Gift cards can be redeemed at most National Trust properties (in England, Wales and Northern Ireland), in our shops (including our online shop), cafés, and at admission points for entry or a new membership. They can also be used for National Trust holiday bookings by telephone and when staying at a Historic House Hotel.
  3. Gift cards cannot be used for other telephone or online purchases, such as pre-bookable admission or events at National Trust places.
  4. Gift cards are not valid against the purchase of more gift cards. Our gift cards cannot be accepted at certain on-site outlets not operated by the National Trust.
  5. If you do not spend the entire amount on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase and shown on your printed receipt. The balance can be used against future purchases.
  6. Gift cards can be used as part payment for a transaction with the balance being paid by another accepted method.
  7. If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of lower price or a refund, any money owing will be issued as a gift card.
  8. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  10. The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. The National Trust cannot be held liable for lost or stolen cards – please protect them as you would cash.
  11. Your gift card will either expire 12 months after the date of issue or 12 months from the last transaction (which ever comes later). A transaction is a sale or a top up. Any remaining balance is cancelled on expiry. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of a card, if necessary, in return for an appropriate refund.

      b. A £350 Dining Out gift card:


  1. This reward entitles you to a Dining Out Gift card to the value of £350.
  2. You must activate your £350 Dining Out Gift Card within 60 days of receipt of your claim email.
  3. This card can be redeemed in store at any Mitchells & Butlers venue in the UK, the full restaurant list can be found here.
  4. This card may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
  5. You cannot exchange your card for cash. It is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
  6. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.
  7. The Dining Out Gift Card will not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
  8. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue or last transaction.

      c. A £300 Virgin Experiences Gift voucher:


  1. This reward entitles you to £300 Virgin Experiences digital gift card to spend on https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/.
  2. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code.
  3. Discount Codes cannot be used against certain Excluded Products, Gift Cards, exchanges, extensions, money on account, delivery and packaging charges or any other service or facility provided by us.
  4. Competition prizes or promotional free gifts cannot be and we cannot offer refunds for personalized items and perishable goods.
  5. Operators and Suppliers reserve the right to alter any part of an Experience or Product.
  6. Experiences and Voucher Products may occasionally be withdrawn for reasons outside of our control, and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred this.

  8. You must choose your Virgin experience within 12 months of receiving your voucher and will then have another 12 months to book / take your experience.


     B. No cash or other alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward of equal or greater value.


8. Each reward will be subject to its own terms and conditions and redemption journey, which will be clearly stated on the claim page.


9. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating and accepting their reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects reward acceptance or delivery of their reward.


10. The rewards are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.


11. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs, and other additional services that go beyond those described services for reward fulfilment are not included and must be paid by claimants separately.


12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claimants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose (including passport, driving licence or equivalent) and a reward may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.


13. The Promotion will not be open to you, and your claim will be deemed invalid, if:

  1. You reside outside of the GB.
  2. You have not received an email/letter Saga.
  3. You have not completed all requested entry fields on the promotional website correctly.
  4. You have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.


14. All claims must be made by the claimant themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Claims by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, those claims will be disqualified and any reward provided will be void. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

16. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any claimant, or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any claimant participating in the promotion or as a result of accepting the reward. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.


17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to claimants to avoid undue disappointment.


18. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.


19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.


20. These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.


21. The Administrator and the Promoter are responsible for fulfilling all rewards. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by The Administrator and the Promoter will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of rewards, unless we have your consent. All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and Administrator and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and their Privacy Notices. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described above.


22. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
