The customer will be able to select a reward from: National Trust gift card worth up to £300; a £350 Dining Out voucher or £300 Virgin Experiences voucher.
How do I participate in this promotion?
Only participants who have received an email/letter from Saga detailing the reward process will be eligible to participate in this promotion.
How long do I have to claim my reward?
You will have 60 days to claim your reward on the portal from the date of email receipt from Saga.
I no longer like the reward I have chosen, can I swap it for something else?
Unfortunately, no. Rewards can’t be exchanged once claimed.
When do I have to use my National Trust membership by?
Your gift card expires 12 months after issue or the last transaction (whichever is later).
When do I have to use my Dining Out voucher by?
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date or last transaction.
When do I have to use my Virgin Experiences voucher code by?
You must choose your Virgin experience within 12 months of receiving your voucher and will then have another 12 months to book / take your experience.
